I wasn't able to redeem points at exactly 500 points and now all my videos are 3 points only. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and also creating new accounts,but the app somehow remembers my redemption history and viewing history. How can I completely erase all history and start fresh so I can get 5 points per video?
