Does the reapeting of the 7 days have any effect on any IPA transfer meaning if this is not done will there be an error,because I'm getting an error during the process of when the IPA is installing but Is unsuccessful due to an error provision.cpp:81

The network extension feature is only avalible to users entrolled in apple delevopers program,could you help so I can install the ipa into my iPhone without errors,I have revocked certificates,checked update

Are you on iOS 11 Beta? If so then the app is only x32 so it can't be installed on iOS 11
