You could just do this

Things you need:

1.LocalIAP Store

Okay so first

Tap on the 99.99 diamond in app, after that there should be a pop-up, press cancel after you press cancel wait for the error pop-up after that don't press continue just exit the app uninstall then reinstall, you should be really fast for it to work, then after you reinstall, open the app then login your account after that the gems you purchased should be there!?
