He's right, The IAP ( In App Purchase ) works, But the gamecenter doesn't... It does restore the game but it doesn't save... Plus, It says here Early Access v1.5.1 not 1.5.2.

I think the modded hack is still version 1.5.1 while the LDOE original game is already version 1.5.2

That might be true that's why it doesn't save on game center

I'm stuck on VerifyingApplication. It doesn't proceed after that :|

Im not sure why it doesn;t save on game center but mine does. Try to play on modded file again then wait for awhile then uninstall and install the original one maybe it could take sometime to save

Oh, Mine works now. 

NOTE: After opening your game and asked to restore the game. Then you bought something in the Store and it worked. But it doesn't save... 
Play or wait for FEW minutes to get to connect to the game center and it will automatically save.
Hope it works!
