If you have to many items in your mailbox you will crash the game.

I recommend getting a fair amount of coins to start (as everything else can be earned), then building a house and upgrading it, build storage containers, stock them with items, and have a few (under 500) items in your mail box to prevent from destroying your game.

If your mail box is to full then you will never be able to access what is in it and it will constantly crash and slow down your game.
