how do i sign entitlements.plist using 

codesign -s - --entitlements entitlements.plist -f debugserver

from 

I get "entitlements.plist: cannot read entitlement data" after entering the command in terminal

Did you create plist?

yes, does it have to be in same folder as debugsever?

"make a new file in the same directory and name it"

okay it says permissons denied
