Help/Support Getting unbanned on my Asphalt 8 account

Hi guys I have a big problem, 6 months ago I used some cheats in asphalt 8 .

so after some weeks my account was banned after that I deleted the game.

so last week I downloaded the game again just to see if my accout back to me or no but the problem is I can't login to my centers game inside the game I mean if I go to the settings in my iPhone then login to my center game then back to the game it says you have to login to your center game .

I don't know what should I do , I used some way like this one " "How to get Unbanned from Gameloft Games on your iDevice!", but the same problem.

so I sent some email to the support team just to know at least how to fix it.

but there responde is this:(

Dear player, 



We have investigated your account and we have found the reason you're unable to log in with your Social networks account is because that account has been banned permanently.
)

so please I want to back my accout at any way and I will be grateful.

You cannot unban your account. You can only unban your device so you can start on a new account.

You said I can't back my cars and my coins at any way??

and how I can unban my device?

it's ok if I start a new account but with the same center game account
