Help/Support "Clean content" option turning on automatically

Hi friends,

I'm having a problem with the Explicit option right now. Yesterday, I tried listen to Explicit music, but it just disappeared!

I turned off the "Only clean content" option. But today, I did the same thing, but the option was enabled! 

 

What can I do to keep this option turned off?

The "Only clean content" option on Restrictions keep turning on even when I turn it off.
