Well that kinda sucks!

i changed my device because someone f#%ed with my iPhone and I had to restore it and I'm done waiting for ios 10.3 jailbreak!

so the owner of IGG said you have to buy it again-_-

is that the only solution?

Yep.

Once you buy iGameGuardian, it will only work on that device and that device only. If you would like it to work on another device, you'll have purchase it again.

I don't see why you can't transfer the license. Probably for security reasons.
