Thanks, @a1varo, it installed after App Signer.

However, when you open the app and go to the "More" tab and look in the "Add Device" section the Udid gives the message "Fail, Please Reinstall Extendlife" and you can't add it. (Obviously I haven't had this installed long enough to know if it'll reset the 7-day timer, but I assume it won't with the error.) If it works like this or someone knows how to fix this error I'm going to attempt to load it to my iPad and see what happens (the iPad is on iOS 11 beta though, so not keeping my hopes up).
