On the first page, it states this will work on a jailed device with the free Developer account (which I have), yet the error Unconed shows above (which I got too) tells you to go pay for the Dev account. I tried to load this onto a jailed iPad Air 2.

Any suggestions?

No need to thank me... I'm just pointing out I'm having the same problem you have. I can load other ipa's without problem, but get that error with this one.
