Well I had to make a new account on my jailbroken device, and use your hack and login into a new Facebook account. So yeah, it's not just visual, the sync to cloud works on new account, just won't overwrite current accounts that was already save on cloud before using the hack. It's also linked to gamecenter.

When you use instant stage upgrade, the actual stats don't increas unless you have evo coins; even when using infinite evo. Stats won't upgrade they stay the same....

when u get to last stage, start upgrading normally and see if it goes to max stats

Yeah my bad I was confused, but for some reason it will only update stats without instant. Which is fine! I just was worried it wasn't upgrading them at all
