Help/Support Is There Away To Run iOS 10 Required Apps On iOS 9?

The title basically says it all, im just wondering if there is away to run iOS 10 required apps on iOS 9? I am jailbroken aswell on 9.3.2! If there isnt away to do so, i guess ill be looking to update to iOS 10.2.1 with the shsh2 blobs i saved up. Dont really need the jailbreak, if i cant enjoy an app that decided it wanted to enforce updating. ;<

I believe you can download the .ipa, rename it to a .zip, edit the .plits, rename it back to .ipa, install.

 Thanks for that, havent really gotten into the iOS scene as much as i wanted to or i should have known this by now ;3 "Rumble" thought they could pull a fast one on us GODS
