Help/Support ICLOUD ACTIVATION LOCK IPAD 9.3.5

Hi! I think I need urgent help right now. But firstly, I have to say that I didnt steal this Ipad nor bad purpose.

I have to use this IPAD for my sister's restaurant. She got this ipad for more than 1 year because her customer left it and my sister cannot contact the customer. And she did not know which one.

At first when she got this ipad, she kept in the storage because she had one already. But right now she open a new restaurant and the old ipad somehow broken so she has to use the ipad that the customer left at the restaurant.

So she gave me the ipad to download the application to run the music at the restaurant. When I turned on the ipad, I cannot do anything because the fw version was 5.0.1. So I some how restore the ipad by using ITUNE.

After the process is done, I cannot get through set up device process because "ACTIVATION LOCK". I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO IT AND I NEED HELP DESPERATELY.

- I DONT HAVE IMEI.

- I DONT HAVE ANY RECEIPT.

- I CANNOT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER FOR SURE.

IS THERE any way to skip setup process?  We only want to run the music app nothing more.

You can't really do much other than pay a service shop to unlock it or find something online.

Hi, 

I did try to find solution online, but all I've found only fakes or scams. When I download app and install to my pc, most of them are not working and some have viruses, malwares.

I guess eventually I need to go to service shop.
