I had to use it on an iPad Air that had dpkg locked and I literally couldn't do anything. I found this and tried it, worked first go. Hope it works for you as good.

Yes I did but it still comes up you can help me to try to install iFile or Filza without Cydia

@K0NG Had the same issue. He solved it.

Rebooting should have helped though.
