so we're quick to update the app as SOON as it needs updated but ios 18 users for TWO MONTHS have had the same issue where we get stuck at the "checking network connection" screen and you guys just completely ignore it ? nice...

if you guys can't fix it then please remove "ios 18 support" stop false advertising something that doesn't work with the version you say it does...

We're currently investigating and resolving the iOS 18 freezing issues which were brought to our attention a few days after iOS 18 was officially released which was ~10 days ago.

it had “ios 18 support” in title while ios 18 was still in beta well before 10 days ago but ok

Correct, but the iOS 18 issue was brought to our attention recently once more users updated to the official release.
