Help/Support Apt-get update command not found in Terminal

Hey so I'm trying to install the jbpatch or whatever from the Jb.qwerturiop or whatever the website is called, and When I attempt to install the source (Or any source for that matter) I get 

Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOP for package libstatusbar

Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOP for package libmoorecon

You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems. 

 

Okay so I found a tutorial about how to run apt-get and got terminal 

However when I put su then alpine and then 'apt-get update' it says 

sh: apt-get: command not found 

 

How can I fix this? Im on iOS 9.3.2 on an iPhone 6s

Do you have APT *** package installed from Cydia?

I have 0.7 (apt-key) and Apt 0.7 Strict (lib)

Can you reinstall them perhaps?

I just reinstalled terminal and both of the apt things. Same result: Command not found

Install all of them

It updated but it gave me Four GPG errors regarding 4 of my repos apparently have no Public key What can I do?
