It's a tweak from cydia that makes you able to create multiple accounts on a app

Ohh I see . But my phone is not jailbroken . Is there any way to do so for non-jailbroken iphone ?

I am afraid no there is no possible way I know of to do that non jailbroken but if you two devices you can create an another account from another device
