Question.... maybe there's just something I'm not understanding about the game mechanics, but it seems like the Max Crit Damage doesn't work most of the time. With all hacks turned on, most of my attacks do 10 dmg every time....

It happens to me too, I noticed that eveytime I relaunch the game there are different skills that dealt Max Dmg to different monsters. Just change mob/skill when you don't deal max dmg until it's fixed

Okay good - so I'm not crazy lol.

Why is it so completely random? A few random skills will do Max Dmg to a few random monsters each time you launch the game? 

It almost creates more aggravation than just playing normally
