Help/Support Iphone 6 not starting

It was working fine until now and it force shut down iphone while it was on 25% battery and when i kept on charging it show symbol of battery with red bars i kept it for one hour and when i try to start the iphone it was still showing battery symbol and when i removed it from charging and start it show charger symbol i even change charger but still same condition and yah my iphone is jailbroken ios 10.1.1

Possibly a battery issue, but it could just be debri lodged in the charger port, find your "SIM ejector Pin" the small metal SIM tray removal tool that came with the device, DO NOT go digging in like a mad man, just gently scrape left from right using the oval edges of the port to lift out the debris, lots of debris can get crammed down there and can get rather compressed so be sure you remove all of it before you attempt to charge again.
