Yes.. I open with ifile but when I go to the settings is nothing there...?

your setting have hack other ? if not have  u install cydia subtrate again (or repair)) in cydia and repring

u try check in your setting have hack another app ? , if all not have , your device lost file cydia subtrate , u come cydia , search  cydia subtrate repair or install again and respring , it will have cheat in your setting
