Help/Support App for unsupported device?

I found a cool app on the appstore but it is not for ipad 2 only for any device higher.

Is there any way to install the app anyway?

Try using appcake vshare or another cracked ipa store to install it. I doubt it will work, i think it will crash... Depends ..

What he said. It may or may not working, depending on if the creators of the app just made it for devices above because your device doesn't have the required ram or features.
