Update

after updating phone to 12.1 it started working but photos were the only thing that wasnt showing then i tried using copytrans control to copy the photos and all of the photos were there but suddenly phone crashed and i wasnt able to transfer the photos... after crashing it got stuck restarting and again not going past apple logo i tried updating again to 13.1 using itunes but it shows error (9) and fails to update then i tried using recovery program and it failed dont know what to do the solution for error (9) for itunes didnt have any effect i tried updating 5 times but it just fails half way

please help :'(
