Anyone know of any update or replacement for the HackPack script, as used in this tutorial:

It seems like a very useful script but I don't believe it works for the latest editions of iOS because of the directory changes in the application folders, therefore it doesn't search or install to the correct area for the apps.

Therefore as above, is there any replacement or update for the HackPack script?
