No.. because the hack shows you "something you shouldnt be able to see". When lag, you might miss some data from the server. For example, a hero/creep might have died on part of the map that you shouldnt be able to see, but because of the lag, you miss the data from the server, so you seeing the hero/creep is still alive on your end, when they actually have died according to the server.

 

..but of coz you still could miss a data from the server even with a good connection due to the hack.

Would suggest players using the patch to turn off the hack once in awhile. Eg during death, 3min into the game, subsequently 1min into the game and so on. It work for me most of the time and hopefully it help you guys for the time being.
