    @Rook Ok so I did some testing.  We need a fix when you get a chance.

    All single player and co-op options other than "No Special Skill Cooldown Story/Co-Op" are functioning correctly.

    As soon as you try to use the special move with that enabled the game crashes.

    Disabled that option and was able to use the special move normally without crashing.

    It didn’t work for me at all, I’ve tried switching all of the options on and off all together and each one alone and still won’t work :(

    do you have an antidetection tweak installed? I have Liberty Lite enabled for it. Try it out, let me know!
