Download one of these for your Device

save to desktop

Open iTunes

Go to your iDevice and on WINDOWS hold down SHIFT on MAC hold down ALT/OPTION at the same time as you click Check For Update

look for where you saved your download Click on it and open

a popup will appear with the version you have downloaded

Click on update

You cannot downgrade unless Apple is signing and Apple is not signing.

once they close the signing window you can't downgrade. it worked for him because he downgraded while in the short period of time apple was still signing 8.1.2

That video is old. When Apple was still signing 8.1.2 a week ago.
