Help/Support Can't see pictures sent to me iOS 10.2.1

Hello, I recently updataed from jailbreak 9.3.3 to non-jailbreak iOS 10.2.1 and now I cannot see gifs or pictures, all that shows is, for example 100/100kbs installed but never shows picture

Is this in the Mail app or Messages app?

Is it only with iMessages, texts, or both?

​Try doing this:

 

Settings > Messages > Send & Receive

Click Apple ID > Sign Out

Sign Back In.

Open Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network

Make sure the MMSC field is populated appropriately.
