Hey guys" It's my first time trying do mod an apk, i already identify the value that i have to change but i'm having some difficulties

I did exactly what this tutorial is saying but i want to know whats the difference between

 

public int GetExperienceToNextLevel(int l) =>     1;

and

 

public int GetExperienceToNextLevel(int l)

{    return 1;}

The Offsets in Reflexil are the same but the codes aren't

Did you sign the apk if not then do it
