Help/Support GameGem not working.

I'm using GameGem on iOS 10.2 and I hacked a game fine only once and after that when ever I search the values it shows 0 I tried rebooting and uninstalling so how do I fix?

First search becomes zero is what you're saying?

 

I hope you know you have to press the "clear" icon before a new search.

It's like a two arrow recycling button.

no when I search the value and go back in game and then back onto GameGem to search the value again as im meant to it says 0 I do everything correctly

Then it is not too hack , test it by another games :-) ... I have iOS 10.2 and it works fine
