can you please change info file from 3.145.1 to 3.149.1 like here in video because Uber app not letting me go online asking for update. On jailbroken iPhone i can do it with ifile but i want to use on non-jailbroken iphone

 to 3.149.1

never mind =) i use winrar and renamed .ipa to .zip and everything works perfect! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

but for other who want to use this hack better to update download link (info file from 3.145.1 to 3.149.1)
