Instructions:

1. Download LocaliApStore and enable it via Settings.

2. Open up Highway Getaway and tap on the "+" (top-right hand corner).

3. Tap on which amount of gems you'd like to receive.

4. When the iTunes Store pop-up appears, just tap on "Cancel".

5. Head back to the game and you'll notice you've "bought" that currency for free.
