Help/Support Error: -24 when trying to install app

Hi, I'm getting this error "-24" when downloading a certain app from the Play Store. I have already googled for a solution and I found for both rooted and unrooted phones, I don't want to root so those solutions won't work and the others I found for non rooted didn't work (it involved going to app manager and cleaning data/cache from play store) I was wondering if any of you knows anything about this and could help me thanks.

If you tried the Methods about cleaning data/cache and it didn't work, Try Factory resetting your device.

Thanks for replying, I have considered a factory reset I just wanted to know if there's any alternative before I do it.

Not really, it seems like those that you tried is the only ones that have worked for some people, but since it didn't work for you factory resetting is the only choice you have.
