Lost my jailbreak on ios 9.2.1-Iphone 5s...

Restored but cydia is still there and I really dont want to put it into recovery because it will update when I connect to itunes..

Tried using impactor again with the ipa, and it didnt work. I have also tried using ifunbox to load the ipa as someone here suggested that the pangu jailbreak is signed but that wont work either. I keep getting a PList error...any ideas?

If not, does anybody have experience buying pre-jailbroken iphones or cheap iphones from a reputable source that are on an ios <10.2 version?
