1- Force shutdown your device >> hold both lock screen and home buttons

 

2- plug your device to computer and hold home screen button at same time until iTunes icon shows on phone screen

 

3- Open iTunes and click UPDATE

also am using ipad air 2 so restore or update?

If you restore your will lose everything and start with empty new ipad

 

If you update you will keep everything except Cydia and it's tweaks (that's what i did today) and apps hacked with localIAPStore and savegames shall stay hacked
