Help/Support Device will not start when deleted a dangerous tweak..

so guys i need help, I have deleted a tweak that will remove almost everything, not cydia substrate.. it says this will make u lose everything and likely to lose your device... and theirs options one is to force remove (unsafe) another one is cancel (safe) i clicked the force remove and rebooted... when i start up again, it just shows the apple logo and then shut down. help ;-;

 

i think mine is on a bootloop

 

GUYS I JUST REALIZED THAT I MESSED UP ON THE JAILBREAK!!!

 

look at this video and see... when he says like rejailbreaking... thats what i pressed... the jailbreak then this happened

 

Can someone go to every tweak that u didn't install but in ur recent tab and click remove and cue... and find the one that will delete everything.. i need to know that name

Try booting into Safe Mode.

download iTunes on a computer. Connect your device to the computer with the charger then go in to recovery mode then click restore
