Help/Support Need Help: I got Dominations Permanent Ban & I Can Not Play Again Using The Same Device

Hi. I got permanent ban in Dominations because of the crown freeze hack.

 

This is what I did next:

- Contemplating how the heck Nexon found out...lol

- Uninstall Dominations from my iPad

- I did Apple ID sign out from iPad's iTunes and Game Centre setting.

- I use a new Apple ID in my iPad's iTunes and Game Centre setting.

- Reinstall Dominations again

 

But I still got the message that I am permanently banned.

My intention is to start the game from zero and I don't need to restore my old progress.

 

My questions:

It seems that I can not use the same iPad for this game. If this is true, how can I remove the restriction ? Please take note that my iOs is 10.2.1 and I can not jailbreak it at the moment.

 

Need help pleasee.

You risk getting banned the moment you install the hack.

 

A ban is a ban mate, Permanent bans can not be removed.

 

You're UDID may have been banned along with you're IP address.

 

You can not undo this.

ಠ_ಠ Agreed. Using any source of hacks automatically places you responsible for what happens to your account. I'm positive there were warning signs / risks of using the hack posted somewhere in the topic.

 

A permanent ban is a permanent ban. There's really nothing you could do about it, really.

Well I managed to use the cheat for about a week. Basically I was quite careful. I only attack other player once every few hours. I also left the clan to make sure that no one suspects me. I used the crown freeze only to speed up my research. Maybe Nexon did random check and I got unlucky ?

You could try "Same Device + Different ID" but if the UDID has been Banned it's the device and ID you need to change.
