Help/Support Install .app onto non jailbroken iPhone

I made an app using Theos on my iPhone. It is a simple app that restarts the spring board with the push of a button. I want to see if I can install it onto my non jailbroken phone. I've taken the .app, moved it into a directory called "Payload", and then compressed it into a zip, and changed the extension to .ipa. Is there a way to install that .ipa using cydia impactor? Every time I try I get the error "ipa.cpp:122     Cannot find .app/Info.plist"

It's probably the way you zipped it. When you extract it, what shows up first?
