I downloaded an app recently and I tried to work out at home but I am so lazy and I can’t put myself up to do something productive at home. I started jogging but I did this only 4 days and then gave up. The only thing I am doing to keep my body healthy is the yoga. I found the best trainings for yoga that helped me keep me in fit. I understand that this is more a female training, but I love it. My fitness trainer also said it is very well I am doing this at home, now in quarantine.
