[DrPathogen 3 iPhone 14 Pro 16.2]

Just purchased an iPhone7, running ios 10.1.1, Jailbroken with Yalu beta 3

 

Most tweaks from the compatibility spreadsheet seem to work, Ifile, and most cydia apps that make their own little icon, however all tweaks that would generally make tweaks themselves without needing an app icon, such as 5 dock icons or Transparent dock and HideMeX aren't working at all. I'm unsure of what is causing them to do this, I am still troubleshooting so this thread will be updated regularly if I happen to make progress.

I also don't want to come off as rude but I'd like to not have things that are obvious in this thread, not for my sake -but for the thread's sake to ensure it has higher quality content.
