Hello guys, i am not able to use the impactor. I keep getting the error, could someone please help me ?

I tried the ways already, but still having the same errors. Or might it be due to the IOS? Mine is 10.2.1.

It's trouble in the windows. Not Cydia impactor or anything else

Then is there any alternative to solve it? I tried to reinstall the microsoft c++ already. But it is still not able to work.
