Help/Support AutoCorrect Fix help!

so a bit of backstory, i had to icloud wipe and fix cydia to get my JB back due to a bootloop. anyway, since fixing all of that i have a few issues: 1) when pressing the backspace key on the keyboard there is no sound. This ONLY happens when in a JB state, in a non JB state i hear the backspace key making a clicking sound. 2) in both a jb state and non jb state the auto correct isnt working nor predictive text. a bit more of backstory, prior to be getting in a bootloop a few days ago and having to fix it, i followed a guide where i could move the folder LinguisticData to /var/mobile/libary and make a symbolic link from system/libary/lingusiticdata to save more room on my partition for tweaks. the guide said doing this will keep auto correct working, and it did. it worked flawlessly. since fixing the bootlooop and i went into the system folder and did not see a lingusticdata folder. So i grabbed my daughters phone and copied her folder and got it on to my phone at the system/libary where it should be. she has an iphone 6 i have a 6s+. still nothing is happening. any suggestions on how to restore all this working properly again?
