What is in your Settings-> General -> Restrictions?

Have you also tried another Apple ID?

I looked under about and it said network not available

I have no restrictions abs I have not tryed a diffrent ID idk any app ID to try.

So your restriction are turned off?

this is the only connection I have bc my brother blocked me for using his wifi like I can log on my brothers wifi but I get no internet is there away on spoof something to get wifi BC he looked thewe my settings > about and I guess use something in there to block my phone from using the wifi

Try connecting to another Wi-Fi to see if the problem is still there.
