Use iap 2 purchase: 99$ get vip 6 and completed stage 17 to buy 5 star fleet, you can use 3 time localiap, you can get vip 10 to buy 3 time 99$ but this not great but you havent 5star fleet, you have 3 or 4 star when you úe 48~50k gold, sr my english bad
