Help/Support 5000 followers not installing on ios 10.2

Can anyone please help me?

I am trying to install 5000Followers on iOS 10.2 but it doesn't work

I am following this tutorial:

I tried what @dida said (https://iosgods.com/topic/32809-how-to-easily-fix-old-deb-hacks-on-ios-93-and-higher/) but still not working

Please help?

It says installed but when I respring I dont see an app or anything

No it's a 'deb' hack.

It's not an app.

Install the app from the AppStore, download the hack and then open the app and you'll see it's got the features Patrick said.

No I swear you dont need to install from app store, the .deb install the app too, I tried it before when I used to have ios 9.3.3

This is what patrick says:

Step 1: Download the .deb hack file from the link above.
Step 2: Copy the file over to your iDevice using any of the file managers mentioned above or skip this step if you're downloading from your iDevice.
Step 3: Using iFile or Filza, browse to where you saved the downloaded file and tap on it.
Step 4: Once you tap on the file, you will then need to press on 'Installer' or 'Install' from the options on your screen.
Step 5: Let iFile / Filza finish the cheat installation.
Step 6: Now respring or reboot your iDevice and make sure you have met all the requirements mentioned above.
Step 7: Open the app.

He doesnt say download from app store

pls help

i tried what he says at the end

but that doesnt work either

Read this:

1) Download the 5000 followers app from the AppStore

2) Download the hack and open it in iFile

3) Tap on "Installer" and wait for it to install

4) Tap on "Done" then open the 5000 followers app you downloaded from the AppStore and you'll see it's hacked

but that doesnt work either

The App has to be installed from the app-store first, just like for any other hacks for IOS you have to install the application first then install the hack after.
