Help/Support Should I Update? (READ PLEASE)

Im on ios 9.0.2 untethered jailbroken right now. I have saved the shsh2 blobs for ios 10.2! I do not have mac but do have windows 10 computer/laptop. Should i update and then jailbreak or what should i do. Please respond with your opinion on if i should stay or update. Thank you!

I think you should stay on 9.0.2 because if something goes wrong you might be forced to upgrade to 10.2.1. Then again it's your choice so trust your instincts.
