Help/Support WWE: Champions - Account Bans Now Occurring

So, i was playing "VS" mode and won the match eventually, then it decided it was gonna load for ever. Closed the application, restarted it and then i see this:

 

Use any exploits or hacks at your own risk meh duuudes. Also, does anyone have any ideas on how to get unbanned? Would assume maybe there is away to change User ID but idk

Create new account, don't play multiplayer (VS Mode).

They banned me as well, I barley played VS mode I mainly tried to get through the Tours, and they still banned me. I think it was because I never used my coins because most the guys the give u are useless so I mainly just used 2-3 wrestlers. I had over a million coins, and like 40 health packs. I think that's what they look out for.
