hmm, I'm getting that nic.pl isn't in directory and i've searched the forum that its something with perl, every time i install perl i get 2, 2 perl in /usr/local/bin and in /usr/bin one with the name perl and the other one with the name perl5.22.0

You should have one named "perl" in /usr/bin

Move the one in /usr/local/bin to /usr/bin
