Help/Support Is it safe?

I'm getting errors whenever I try to install or remove a tweak and Cydia Substrate is always trying to install itself as well but never manages to because of these errors I'm getting:

 

trying to overwrite '/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries', which is also in package com.saurik.patcyh 1.2.0

 

AND:

 

trying to overwrite '/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries', which is also in package com.teiron.pphelperns 3.5.5

 

Was wondering do I just delete both packages or not, is it safe? Don't really know what to do and don't want to make things worse.

 

Thanks in advance if anyone can help, I'm almost willing to pay to get this working properly again.

Delete Cydia Substrate and let one of the other packages install it again , Cydia can not overwrite it you need to remove the existing before the install will complete.

That's the thing, I don't have Cydia Substrate, every time I try to install I get the same errors, no matter what tweak or anything.

Go into safe mode and install it.
