Help/Support 10.2 jailbroken phone stuck in safe mode

I've downloaded the new jailbreak for 10.2 and now my phones stuck in safe mode. Anyone have any ideas how to get out of it, I've tried restarting my phone, updated to the new beta7 and uninstalled recently downloaded packages etc. I have no clue how to get out of it and need some help.

Anyway is it applicable for IPAD AIR 2 with 10.2.1
If is it good to go then I should try to upgrade to the newest OS..

And do you guys think I need to :
- Remove the current Jailbreak before Upgrade the OS
- Or I can just strictly upgrade to new OS and do the Jailbreak
